CUTTING-PUNCHING
ALCO has four laser cutters; one 3015 Bystronic 6,000 watt, one 3015 Bystronic 4,000 watt that cuts tubing and sheet, Amada 4000 watt, and one Amada 2000 watt machine. All cutting steel, stainless, aluminum and inconel, sheet and tube.
Two Amada CNC punch presses with 2 ton auto loaders will run all night long with no attendance required.
FORMING & HARDWARE PRESSES
ALCO has 3 Amada brake presses and can handle high volume metal forming to exacting standards.
Three Haeger hardware presses install all types of pem nuts and fasteners.
WELDING
ALCO has six welding stations manned by welders certified in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Utilizing Miller and Fronius welding equipment designed for robotics use assure uniform welding in all applications.
